Through collaboration with the Ascend student chapters, we bring to you this year’s theme, “Building an Inclusive Tomorrow.” We are bringing together our signature mix of leaders to bring insights on a variety of topics ranging from lessons from the pandemic, allyship, technology, and more.
During the conference, you’ll learn from top-notch professionals on how to stay relevant while strengthening your understanding of various prominent industries, including finance, accounting, consulting, IT, and applications of STEM in business. You’ll have the opportunity to network with a variety of industry professionals, build strong connections, and make long-lasting impressions. There will be a favourable 4:1 ratio of students to representatives for roundtable mentoring and networking. Students of all years and programs are welcome!
Spots are limited so register ASAP! We encourage you to come out and meet like-minded individuals, whether they are our industry professionals or your peers from other Ascend chapters!

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Ascend University of Toronto assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of giveaways; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the giveaways; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the giveaways or download of any materials in the giveaways.
If, for any reason, the giveaways are not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the giveaways, Ascend University of Toronto reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaways in whole or in part. In such event, Ascend University of Toronto shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Ascend University of Toronto reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Ascend University of Toronto. Ascend University of Toronto and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the giveaways.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions:
- One individual may only win one of the giveaways at most.
- The Limitation of Liability noted above applies.
- The winners will be determined through a random draw of attendees 1 week after the event by the Ascend U of T team.
- Those who have won the giveaway will be contacted by email by the Ascend U of T team within 1 week of the event.
- To participate participants must comply with all and follow all rules as listed in our giveaway rules in the Instagram and Facebook post captions.
- Please note the product images used in our posts are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual giveaway product.
- Ascend U of T will require the information of phone number, address, email address, and the full name of the winner to deliver the prize.
